Science is better with coffee

I highly recommend trying coffee from a french press. Start with freshly ground coffee beans, this is important as the ground coffee loses flavour quickly. Pour boiling hot water over the grounds. Let it brew (steep) for no longer than 3 minutes. Push the plunger down and pour yourself a cup!
